Cancellation Policy

At Zen Massage, we understand that unexpected events can happen that may require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In case of a cancellation, the deposit made at the time of booking will be considered as the cancellation fee. This is because we reserve the right to allocate that time slot to another client, and the deposit will compensate for the lost revenue.
